Terms of sale

These terms cover purchases from Lans Shop (shop.lans.cloud), operated by Lans IT. Buying from the shop means you agree to them. Questions go to info@lans.cloud.

Digital delivery

Digital products are delivered instantly. After payment clears, your download appears in your account and in your confirmation email as a secure link that is valid for 24 hours. You can generate a fresh link from your account whenever you need one, subject to any download limits on the product.

Licenses

License products are sold per seat: each key allows a set number of activations, shown at purchase. Keys are personal to your account and are meant for you or your organisation, so please don’t publish, resell, or share them. We may revoke a key that is being distributed in breach of these terms.

Subscriptions

Subscription products are billed through Stripe on a recurring basis. You can cancel any time from your account’s billing portal; cancellation stops the next renewal and you keep access until the end of the period you’ve already paid for. We don’t pro-rate partial periods unless the law requires it.

Services

Service products are scheduled after purchase. Once you’ve paid, we’ll arrange a time with you by email. If we can’t find a workable slot, we’ll refund the service in full.

Refunds

You can request a refund within 14 days of purchase for digital products and licenses you haven’t used. Email info@lans.cloud and we’ll sort it out. Where a download has already been consumed or a license key has been activated, we assess the request case by case and try to be fair. Subscriptions follow the cancellation terms above.

Prices and tax

Prices are shown in the currency listed at checkout and are tax-inclusive: the price you see is the total you pay, with any applicable tax already included. Your order and receipt itemise the total.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Nothing here limits any rights you have as a consumer that can’t be waived by agreement.
